A key university objective is the strengthening of the real world focus of learning experiences through active partnerships and collaborations within and beyond the University. One indicator of success in this area will be measured by an increase in the number of learners involved in work integrated learning (Learning and Teaching Plan 2005-2009).
TALSS will support this strategic initiative in a number of ways. TALSS will provide a point of contact and dissemination on
Work Integrated Learning
(WIL) related matters as well as a series of events developed in collaboration with QUT, state, and national WIL networks. Please check the News and Conferences section of the TALSS website for related Conferences and workshops.
