Teaching and learning fellowhips are an opportunity for institutions across the Higher Education sector to recognise and encourage academic staff who have demonstrated outstanding practice in their teaching.

In collaboration with QUT faculties and divisions, TALSS supports staff applying for teaching fellowships by administering the University processes for the following fellowhip schemes.

The fellowship scheme structure at QUT

Scheme A: targets the scholarship, development, implementation and/or evaluation in one or more of the University’s strategic teaching and learning directions.

Scheme B: seeks to encourage leaders in teaching and learning to join a community of practice focused on improving teaching quality through coaching, mentoring and peer review.
