Scheme 'B' Priority Areas

The specific focus of the program for 2007 - 2008 will be to undertake a project aligned with the priority area of Leadership in Teaching Quality Support. We are seeking Leaders in Teaching and Learning to join a community of practice focused on improving teaching quality through coaching, mentoring and peer review.

Nature of the Fellowship

The Fellowship will cover the full salary, including on-costs, of the Teaching Fellow to support full-time teaching and academic administration relief for one full day per week for each year (February to November inclusive).

The successful candidates will join a 'community of practice' focussed on improving teaching quality through coaching, mentoring and peer review. Past Teaching Fellows will be involved as coaches to assist in the development of the project and to ensure the development of a collaborative community of practice dedicated to the scholarship of teaching and learning.
