This workshop introduces participants to a range of assessment tools (e.g. quizzes) available in QUT Blackboard. The focus will be on the creation and management of assessment using Blackboard.

Target group: all academic staff who use Blackboard in their teaching (those entirely new to QUT Blackboard will benefit from prior attendance at the introductory workshop)

  • Creating a test and test questions
  • Making a test available to students and setting options
  • Viewing and managing test results in the gradebook
  • Creating an assignment page
  • Viewing and managing assignments in the gradebook
  • Other gradebook options
